My name is Sharon, and I’m a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of experience.
I’ve spent much of my career helping others heal physically — but a few years ago, I found myself needing healing in a much deeper way.
For three years, I was a full-time caregiver for a live-in relative.
It was one of the most meaningful — and also one of the most emotionally and mentally challenging — experiences of my life. During that time, I struggled with intense stress and anxiety.
That’s when I discovered mindfulness therapy — and to be honest, it changed everything for me.
The relief and clarity I gained were so powerful, I knew I had to learn more.
I went on to become a certified mindfulness life coach, and I took everything I learned and lived through… and created something I wish I had back then.
It’s called The Mind Drift — a simple, easy-to-understand mindfulness program that’s designed to help you gently reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and find more peace in your everyday life.
Click the introduction video below to get a feel for it. And if it seems like something that might help you too, I invite you to check out my YouTube channel — all of the content is completely free, because I believe everyone should have access to this information.
For additional, hands-on approach to integrating mindfulness in your daily routine, I offer a zoom coaching session. This session will walk you through the three core mindfulness practices in a more personal and guided way — to keep you grounded or help you gently return when life pulls you off course. You can learn more about these sessions by clicking the drop-down menu above.
And finally, I’ve also created toolkits you can purchase for yourself or your family — including a children’s book with supportive character stuffed animals that help make mindfulness fun and approachable for kids.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I truly hope The Mind Drift can be a gentle step forward on your journey — just like it was for mine.
Take care, and be well.
The Journey to calm begins by noticing the drift
