My name is Sharon. I’m a licensed massage therapist with over ten years of experience helping others find relief from stress and physical tension. A few years ago, I stepped away from my work as a massage therapist to become a full-time caregiver for a family member—a meaningful but challenging season that brought intense stress and anxiety. That season revealed my need for deeper healing and led me to discover mindfulness. Learning to still my mind and calm my anxiety brought profound relief and clarity, and I felt called to share what I was learning. I became a certified mindfulness life coach and organized my personal and professional experience into a simple, supportive audio series called The Mindrift.
